Allendale recognizes an effective learning environment is a collaborative effort. Our teachers, literacy tutors, leadership team, support and office staff all work together to create a caring community and positive learning environment for our students that challenges students with high academic expectations and rigorous instruction. Allendale takes an integrated approach to learning so that all students are ready for middle school and beyond. Teachers engage students in academic discussions, oral rehearsal, writing strategies and analysis and discussion of complex texts to empower our learners to reach their full potential.
