Our School Values

We teach four values to ensure our students’ success:

Perseverance 

• We teach all Allendale students how to try more than 1 strategy.
• We teach and encourage them to “stick with it”, keep trying and not quit.

Integrity 

• We teach all Allendale students to speak up when something is wrong.
• We teach them how to apologize when they have caused harm and show them how to change their behavior for the better.

Responsibility 

• We teach all students how to take ownership of our community’s space.
• We teach them how to be accountable for their actions.

Respect 

• We teach students to use both kind words and tone of voice.
• We teach them how and why they should follow adults’ directions.
